1070-1077 war fought between the Quartz Party and the Amethyst Party
Fought between the Quartz Party, headed by the Plaxen Cyclic Kingdom and the Amethyst Party, headed by the Crystal Duchy and the Ironborne Republic from this.start_date to this.end_date.
After securing support from the Ironborne Republic (and, by extension, the United Republic), nobles of the Crystal Duchy launched a rebellion against Plaxen. Worried that this would give the Republic too much influence over central Zemia, the Desçov Diktat threatened the Republic and eventually joined the war against them.
Seeing an opportunity, the High Lord of Krengo launched a simultaneous invasion against the kingdom-of-pemer, who's independence was guaranteed by Ironborne.
